As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact
for our clients, handling their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Your role is
crucial in fostering a positive and long-lasting relationship between Digitide
and our valued customers. You will work closely with the Collections team to
ensure a seamless and efficient process, providing excellent customer service
and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their
needs and requirements.
* Handle client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses, and
offering effective solutions.
* Collaborate with the Collections team to ensure a smooth and efficient
collections process.
* Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high
level of professionalism.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and share insights with
the team.




* Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies,
including loyalty programs and retention initiatives.
* Provide regular reports and insights on customer interactions and trends to
the management team.
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, representing Digitide with a
professional image.
* Support the team in achieving departmental goals and targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a
related field is preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a
collections or finance-related industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport and maintain positive relationships.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric
approach.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn
new software.
