Role Description The Travel Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves planning and managing end-to-end travel arrangements for school groups,



including transportation, accommodation, itineraries, and activities aligned with educational objectives. The Travel Coordinator communicates with school stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to confirm bookings, handle documentation, and ensure smooth execution of each program. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, providing timely updates, resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining accurate records of trips and costs. The role also contributes to improving travel processes, enhancing participant experience, and supporting risk management and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Travel Coordination and Travel Management for group travel programs.
Experience handling Travel Arrangements, including booking transport, accommodation, and activities.
Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
