The Service Contract Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing end‑to‑end service contract administration activities, including contract activation, maintenance, corrections, and invoice resolution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate contract execution, timely revenue recognition, and seamless support to Service Inside Sales and commercial stakeholders.
This position reports to the Customer Support Admin Manager and is part of the Customer Support located in Bangalore/Mumbai and will be a Remote.
