About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes across business units. This role focuses on building a solid talent pipeline, optimizing hiring channels, and ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to meet hiring targets, maintain recruitment metrics, and enhance the employer brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure smooth implementation of recruitment processes and systems to facilitate efficient hiring across the bank.
Deliver end-to-end recruitment services within aggressive timelines and build a robust talent pipeline for business units.
Drive talent acquisition channel strategy with a focus on low-cost hiring channels to reduce average cost per hire.
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and turnaround times (TAT).
Leverage social and professional networking platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
Establish and promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.




Prioritize and balance recruitment needs based on business criticality.
Communicate progress on open positions regularly and advise on action plans to close roles within SLAs.
Maintain control over recruitment budgets and overall resourcing costs.
Monitor and manage key recruitment metrics including TAT, joining ratio, internal job postings (IJP), cost per hire, and infant attrition.
Analyze candidate feedback to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Post-graduation: MBA or equivalent (preferred).

Experience

8+ years of relevant experiencein talent acquisition or recruitment operations.

Skills and Attributes

Robust understanding of recruitment processes, metrics, and compliance.
Experience in managing multiple hiring channels and optimizing cost per hire.
