Autodesk is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our Salesforce Engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, integrate, and operate scalable Salesforce solutions that enable Autodesk's customer service and support experiences.
You will work primarily across Salesforce Service Cloud, partnering with product managers, architects, engineers, customer support teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex service requirements into secure, maintainable, and highly automated solutions.
The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on Salesforce engineering expertise with a solid understanding of customer service processes, omnichannel experiences, integration, automation, and enterprise software engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud.




- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs, Flow, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Design and implement Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and agent experiences.
- Develop intelligent case assignment and routing solutions based on customer, product, region, language, entitlement, support tier, priority, agent skills, and other business criteria.
- Build reusable Lightning components and agent experiences that improve productivity and provide relevant customer context.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and contact center, identity, data, and other Autodesk enterprise platforms.
- Develop secure and scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, web services, and event-driven integration patterns.
