Istriwali is a fast-growing doorstep laundry, steam ironing, and dry-cleaning service. We are looking for energetic, honest, and customer-friendly Pickup & Delivery Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up laundry from customers' homes or offices.
Deliver fresh, cleaned, and ironed clothes on time.
Verify customer orders during pickup and delivery.
Handle clothes with care and maintain service quality.
Collect payments (if applicable) and update order status.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth daily deliveries.
Maintain polite and skilled communication with customers.
Two-wheeler with valid RC & Insurance (preferred)
Smartphone with internet access
Valuable communication skills
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Basic knowledge of Google Maps
