To strengthen our factory operations and maintenance team, we are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician / Maintenance Staff for our manufacturing facility at Koratty, KINFRA.

Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and factory equipment
Handle electrical wiring, panel maintenance, motors, control systems, and machine troubleshooting
Ensure smooth functioning of bakery production lines and utilities
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs
Maintain generators, compressors,



pumps, ovens, and other industrial equipment
Monitor equipment performance and minimize machine downtime
Follow factory safety standards and electrical compliance procedures
Coordinate with production and operations teams for uninterrupted plant functioning
Maintain maintenance logs and service records
ITI / Diploma in Electrician, Electrical, or related technical field
Prior experience in factory maintenance or industrial electrical work preferred
Knowledge of industrial machines, motors, panels, and preventive maintenance systems
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and basic mechanical issues independently
Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry will be an added advantage
Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling shift-based work if required

Preferred Skills
Industrial electrical maintenance
PLC/basic automation knowledge is an advantage
Machine servicing
