Senior Business Development Executive - EdTech Sales

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Conduct 80-100 quality outbound calls daily to prospective students and leads.
Generate and convert leads into enrolled students through effective consultative selling.
Guide prospective students through our tech training programs by understanding their career goals and addressing objections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a solid sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with hot and warm leads.
Update CRM tools regularly with accurate lead interactions and sales progress.
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in EdTech sales or high-ticket B2C sales.
Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.




Fluent in Malayalam with basic English communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
Strong emotional intelligence, persistence, and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech, IT, or Training Institute sales.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling high-ticket sales (₹50,000+ product range).
