Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products/services and offers clearly.
Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Prepare daily call reports and feedback updates.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Convincing and negotiation ability.




Active listening and customer handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and confidence over phone calls.

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
