Age Criteria

25 to 35 Years

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Textile, Kurtis, or Ethnic Wear industry.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers professionally and assist them with product selection.:
Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups through phone calls and other communication channels.:
Generate and achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement.:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.:
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.:
Maintain product knowledge of Kurtis, Ethnic Wear, fabrics, designs, and latest fashion trends.:
Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing.:
Keep records of customer interactions,



sales activities, and follow-ups.:
Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase revenue.

Required Skills:

Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.:
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a rapid-paced environment.:
Good knowledge of the têxtile, kurtis, and ethnic wear market.:

Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.:
Minimum 2 years of experience in têxtile sales, kurtis, ethnic wear, or related fashion segments.
