Job Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and handle customer inquiries.
Explain kitchen appliances products and services to customers.
Manage customer complaints and service requests politely.
Coordinate with technicians and service staff.
Handle billing, payments, and basic sales records.
Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
Maintain customer data and follow-up for service updates.
Keep the showrooM/Front desk area clean and organized.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and customer dealing skills.
Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
Friendly personality with skilled behavior.
Ability to manage customers calmly and efficiently.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
