Job Title: Center Head

Location: Yendada, Visakhapatnam
Reports To: Franchise Owner / Academic Coordinator (Regional Office)

Role Overview

The Center Head serves as the overall in-charge of the preschool, Daycare and NTT center’s day-to-day operations. The role demands robust leadership, communication, and people-management skills to ensure smooth functioning, high-quality academics, parent satisfaction, and team motivation. The Center Head acts as the bridge between management, staff, parents, and the brand’s academic team.

Key Responsibilities
Academic & Operational Management
Oversee daily operations of both the preschool and NTT programs ensuring adherence to brands’ curriculum and quality standards.
Ensure all classes run smoothly — from lesson planning, class setup, to delivery and review.
Maintain student-teacher ratios and ensure appropriate class distribution.
Coordinate with the academic support team for curriculum updates, events, and teacher training.
Plan and execute school events, celebrations, field trips, and workshops.




Manage logistics — cleanliness, safety, supplies, maintenance, and infrastructure readiness.
Admissions & Marketing
Lead student and trainee admissions by conducting inquiry calls, center tours, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.
Meet monthly admission and conversion targets for both Preschool and NTT.
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, community outreach programs, and social media activities to increase visibility.
Maintain inquiry records, follow-up trackers, and admission reports.
Staff Management & Training
Recruit, train, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff in coordination with the management.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and on-the-job coaching.
Motivate the team to deliver high standards in teaching, care, and customer service.
Maintain staff attendance, leave, and appraisal records.
Parent & Student Engagement
Build solid relationship
