Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to meet organisational targets.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines in production areas.
Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
Identify process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Supervise and guide production staff to achieve performance goals.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper utilisation of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
Experience in pharma, medical devices, or IVD industry
Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Positive communication and team management abilities
Attention to detail and quality focus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
