Experience Required: 2 to 10+ Years

MD Pathology / DNB Pathology
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission or State Medical Council

Key Responsibilities:
Review, validate, and sign pathology reports
Supervise laboratory operations and quality control procedures
Ensure compliance with NABL standards and statutory requirements
Monitor internal and external quality assurance programs
Train and guide laboratory technicians and phlebotomists
Support audits and accreditation activities

Desired Skills:
Robust diagnostic and reporting skills
Experience in biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, and histopathology
Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)

Compensation:
Best in the industry, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
