We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our courses, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.

Note: This is a sales role, but there are NO hard targets or pressure.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to interested leads and explain course details clearly
Handle inbound queries and follow up with potential customers
Understand customer needs and guide them to the right course
Build trust and maintain skilled communication
Maintain call records and update lead details
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment




Share basic daily updates on calls and follow-ups

Requirements:
Fresher (No experience required)
Valuable communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
Willingness to learn and work from office
