Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer who can ideate, design, and execute bold concepts across denim, hoodies, jackets, and tees.

This is not a “sit and sketch” role.
You will be deep in the process—from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Concept Development
Create original design concepts aligned with Valkyre’s identity
Develop collections, drops, and custom pieces:
Translate ideas into production-ready artworks:
Work on graphics, placements, and storytelling elements
Product Execution
Collaborate with artists and production teams to bring designs to life:
Oversee sampling and final output quality:
Ensure every piece meets Valkyre’s premium + artistic standards
Custom Orders
Work closely on client customisations:
Modify existing designs based on customer inputs
Maintain balance between creativity and feasibility
Trend & Culture Awareness




Stay updated with global streetwear trends:
Draw inspiration from music, art, pop culture, and underground scenes
Content & Creative Support
Assist in photoshoots, reels, and campaigns:
Help create visual storytelling for social media

Software Requirements (Must-Have)

You must be highly proficient in:
Procreate - for digital illustrations and hand-drawn concepts
Adobe Photoshop - for mockups, edits, and creative compositions
Adobe Illustrator - for vector designs, print files, and technical layouts

Skill Set Required
Strong illustration and sketching skills:
Deep understanding of streetwear aesthetics:
Ability to think concept-first, not template-first:
Eye for detail, texture, and placement:
Hands-on attitude - not afraid to get into production:
Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-output setting
