Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team.
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all operational areas.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Implement and monitor cleaning schedules.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Assist in the training and development of recent stewarding staff.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a stewarding or similar role.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of cleaning and sanitation protocols.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
