Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining IT and network infrastructure, including basic support for servers, routers, switches, and communication systems.
Support the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of network devices and related software/hardware.
Help monitor system performance and network uptime to ensure smooth connectivity.
Assist in implementing basic network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs under supervision.
Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues raised by internal teams.
Support system updates, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
Maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Assist in performing data backups and supporting disaster recovery processes.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for basic IT support tasks.
Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and assist in improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:




Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
Basic knowledge of network security concepts (firewalls, VPNs).
Understanding of Windows/Linux settings is a plus.
Solid willingness to learn, problem-solving attitude, and good communication skills.
Knowledge of networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.

Internship Duration: 6 Months [Performance will be evaluated upon completion of the internship period. Based on the evaluation, a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be extended]

Stipend: 12,000/month
