Job Title: Support Executive - Software Application Onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the installation and setup of the software, ensuring a smooth transition.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to software functionality and usage.
Collaborate with the technical team to address any software-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Assist in creating user guides and documentation to enhance the onboarding experience.
Stay updated on product features and enhancements to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Passed.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pay: ₹10,258.56 - ₹20,000.00 per month
