About the Role:
Senior Data Engineer / AI-ML Lead role focused on building scalable data platforms and delivering AI/ML solutions using Databricks and Azure. Responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, from data engineering to model deployment, while driving cloud architecture, performance, and reliability. The role also involves mentoring teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business-driven insights.

What you will be doing:
Design and build scalable data pipelines using Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake)




Develop and deploy AI/ML models across the full lifecycle
Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure (Databricks, ADLS, Azure ML)
Implement CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code
Integrate ML solutions using APIs and microservices
Ensure system reliability through monitoring and observability
Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor team members

What you bring:
6 to 9 years of experience in Data Engineering and AI/ML
Solid expertise in Databricks, Python, SQL, Spark
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Experience in mentoring teams and working in agile settings
