Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and recent-hire orientations.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating workplace conflicts and addressing grievances.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure company policies adhere to local and federal labor laws, updating the employee handbook as regulations change.
Perks & Payroll: Administer employee compensation, health advantages, and leave tracking, often coordinating with external payroll and insurance vendors.
Performance & Development: Assist in facilitating performance review cycles, identify training needs, and help structure employee development programs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
