Key Responsibilities
Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
Develop financial controls and SOPs across all outlets.
Monitor outlet-wise profitability and business performance.
Prepare MIS reports, financial forecasts, and management dashboards.
Liaise with banks, investors, auditors, and government authorities.
Drive cost optimization and improve operational efficiencies.
Support business expansion, project financing, and investment decisions.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and labor laws.

Requirements:
CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, FMCG, or multi-unit operations preferred.
Robust understanding of taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, and financial modeling.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
