Job Title: Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote products and services.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
Maintain a positive and qualified attitude while interacting with customers.
Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service,



or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
Robust listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
