Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote our pharma products
Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into sales
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
Coordinate with field staff and ensure smooth order processing
Requirements:
12th Pass or Graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM
Prior tele-calling or sales experience is an advantage
