About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in clients and explain products/services professionally.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable design solutions.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Coordinate with designers and execution team for smooth client handling.
Maintain client database and follow up regularly.
Prepare quotations and assist in closing deals.
Ensure proper showroom presentation and customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable sales and negotiation abilities.
Qualified appearance and client handling skills.
Basic knowledge of interiors/modular kitchens/wardrobes is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in retail/store sales preferred.
Experience in interior, furniture, modular kitchen, or luxury retail industry will be an advantage.
