Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship letters.
Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in onboarding and orientation of recent interns/employees.
Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and workshops.
Support HR in day-to-day tasks such as attendance tracking, documentation, and compliance.
Coordinate with colleges and institutions for internship drives and recruitment activities.
Research and suggest improvements in HR policies and processes.
Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
