Job Description:
Channel Partner Identification & Onboarding
Identify and onboard new channel partners (brokers, consultants, agencies) - Achieve monthly/quarterly onboarding targets
Channel Partner Network Expansion
Build strong network of active channel partners across target locations - Increase partner base and market reach
Partner Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with channel partners - Conduct partner meetings, updates, and engagement activities




Lead Generation through Channel Partners
Generate qualified customer leads through CP network - Ensure consistent lead flow as per business requirements
Sales Conversion Support
Coordinate with sales team and channel partners for site visits, negotiations, and closures - Improve conversion ratio from CP-generated leads
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, and broker activities - Share market feedback with management
Channel Partner Training & Activation
Conduct product/project training for partners - Ensure partners are updated about inventory, pricing, and USPs
Revenue Contribution
Achieve sales targets through channel partner network - Improve revenue contribution from CP sales
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain database of channel partners - Submit weekly/monthly reports on activities and performance
