About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement
Welcome and assist walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sanitaryware and bath solutions.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Technical Product Consultation
Explain product features, specifications, installation requirements, and maintenance procedures.
Guide customers on:
Water closets (Wall Hung, Floor Mounted, One Piece, Two Piece)
Wash Basins & Vanities
Faucets & Shower Systems
Concealed Cisterns & Flush Systems
Bathtubs & Jacuzzis
Wellness Products (Steam, Sauna, Spa Systems)
Water Pressure Requirements
Hot & Cold Water Plumbing Systems
CP Fittings & Accessories
Assist customers in selecting products compatible with site conditions and plumbing layouts.

Relationship Management




Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, plumbers, builders, and contractors.
Conduct regular follow-ups with enquiries and ongoing projects.
Generate repeat business and referrals.

Showroom Management
Maintain attractive product displays and sample areas.
Ensure all product information, catalogues, and pricing are updated.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain customer database and enquiry records.
Update CRM and submit daily sales reports.
Track quotations, orders, collections, and project status.

Concealed and exposed installations
Product measurements and space planning
