Production Engineer (Sidel Machine Silvassa):
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities on Sidel PET blowing, filling, and packaging lines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
Monitor machine performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maximize uptime and efficiency of Sidel equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on Sidel machines to minimize breakdowns and ensure optimal operational performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues related to Sidel machinery, collaborating with maintenance teams as needed.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Train and mentor production operators and technicians on the proper operation,



basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of Sidel machines.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP), and company policies.
Analyze production data, generate performance reports, and propose data-driven solutions for process optimization and cost reduction.
Manage spare parts inventory for Sidel machines, ensuring availability of critical components to prevent production delays.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to achieve operational excellence.
Participate in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of recent Sidel equipment or upgrades.
