Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecaller to handle student inquiries, provide course information, and support admissions through effective follow-ups and conversions.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with students/parents
Explain courses, fees, and admission process clearly
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain accurate records of calls and inquiries
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year experience in telecalling
Valuable communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Location: Noida Sector 49
Immediate joiners prefered
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
