Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to researchers, authors, and academicians for publication opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with editors, reviewers, and academic specialists
Coordinate with internal teams for manuscript handling and publication processes
Generate leads and convert them into successful submissions and collaborations
Assist in expanding journal networks and partnerships globally
Maintain outreach databases and track communication records
Achieve monthly targets related to submissions and revenue generation

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (any field; life sciences/business preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or academic coordination is preferred
Familiarity with research publications, journals, or conferences is an added advantage




Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 per month
Performance-based Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on revenue generation)

Work Details:
Work Mode: On-site (Arilova, Visakhapatnam)
Working Days: 6 days a week
