Key Responsibility:
Marketplace Management:
Oversee daily operations of Amazon, eBay, and Etsy accounts.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve issues promptly.
Product Optimization:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend search terms.
Enhance product visibility through SEO driven content and listing improvements.
Regularly update product details to align with customer queries and market trends.
Growth & Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the USA.
Analyze competitor listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
Implement effective campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
Customer Engagement:




Handle customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Improve customer satisfaction through explicit communication and tiemly resolution.
Gather insights from customer feedback to refine product offerings.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and report marketplace performance, highlighting growth metrics.
Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
Maintain dashboards and documentation for ongoing performance montoring.
