Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation
Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget
Translate ideas into design concepts
Space Planning
Create layouts that optimize functionality and flow
Consider local housing styles (apartments, bungalows, villas)
Design Development
Prepare mood boards, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations
Choose color schemes, materials, furniture, and lighting
Site Coordination
Work with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and vendors
Regular site visits to ensure execution matches design
Material Selection
Source locally available materials (tiles, wood, fabrics)




Balance cost and quality—important in Ahmedabad’s competitive market
Budget Management
Estimate project costs and track expenses
Ensure project stays within financial limits
Project Management
Manage timelines from concept to completion
Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills:
Creativity and design sense
Knowledge of software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
