Role Purpose

The Principal will serve as the academic and administrative head of the campus, responsible for driving academic excellence, operational efficiency, student development, and institutional growth in alignment with Achariya’s vision and standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Academic Leadership
Ensure high standards of teaching-learning practices across all grades.
Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and classroom delivery.
Drive student performance, skill development, and holistic learning outcomes.
Conduct regular academic reviews, classroom observations, and feedback sessions.
Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure continuous career development (CPD) for faculty.
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance excellence.
Strengthen staff engagement and retention strategies.
Student Development & Discipline
Ensure student well-being,

Promote co-curricular and extracurricular excellence.
Implement structured programs for soft skills and leadership development.
Parent & Community Engagement
Maintain solid communication with parents and stakeholders.
Address parent concerns effectively and ensure satisfaction.
Build the school’s brand presence in the local community.
Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily school operations, safety, and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with CBSE / State Board norms and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Admissions & Growth
Drive student admissions and retention strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams for outreach initiatives.
Achieve campus growth targets and strengthen brand positioning.
