Safety Catch Training & Consulting Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Managers (BDM) for our Chennai and Mumbai operations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent B2B clients and corporate accounts
Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities
Promote training, auditing, and consultancy services to industries and corporates
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions and client servicing
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Graduate in any discipline
Proven track record in B2B sales/business development
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
Ability to develop corporate relationships and close business deals
Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant sales experience preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
