We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to generate business prospects and schedule meetings for our sales team.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases.
Introduce company products and software solutions to potential customers.
Understand client requirements and explain suitable software products.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demo appointments.
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to convince and engage prospects.




Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Tele Sales Executive, or Lead Generation Executive.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
