Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Oversee accounting, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization
Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
Handle banking, investments, and funding requirements
Ensure compliance with Indian financial regulations and standards
Monitor financial performance and present reports to management
Build and manage a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
Solid knowledge of Indian taxation, GST,
and compliance
Proven expertise in financial planning & analysis
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with ERP/accounting software
Preferred Skills
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Experience in tech, SaaS, or security solutions industry is a plus
