Position:Purchase Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials such as furniture, lighting, fabrics, décor items, hardware, and finishing materials for interior projects.
Identify and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
Prepare and process purchase orders in coordination with the design and project teams.
Monitor inventory levels and track material deliveries to project sites.
Ensure materials meet required specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Maintain vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
Conduct market research to stay updated on recent materials and trends.




Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Interior Design, or related field.
1 years min of procurement experience (preferably in interior design, construction, industry).
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
