Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SOC Analyst role based in Gandhinagar. The SOC Analyst will monitor security events and alerts, analyze logs from various security tools, and investigate potential incidents in real time.
The role involves performing initial triage, documenting findings, escalating issues according to established procedures, and supporting incident response activities. The SOC Analyst will collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure,
and IT teams to implement detection rules, recommend improvements to security controls, and contribute to threat hunting initiatives. The position also includes maintaining accurate security documentation, supporting audits and compliance requirements, and participating in continuous process and technology enhancements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) skills to proactively identify, analyze, and track emerging threats.
- Candidates should possess solid Security Operations Center and Cybersecurity skills to manage alerts, support incident response, and maintain secure environments.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, correlate events, and make sound, timely decisions under pressure.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with SIEM platforms, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and network security fundamentals are beneficial.
- Qualifications such as a degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, and industry certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CEH, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Ability to work in a structured 24/7 operations environment, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance are required.
