Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
- Architect scalable and maintainable systems (frontend backend).
- Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and career growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Drive adoption of contemporary technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.
- Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications :

- Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, or similar
- Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL

SQL and NoSQL
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
- System Design: Microservices architecture

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and quality.

Preferred Qualifications :
