Job Role

- Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer – Petrol Pump Construction Projects

- Supervise and manage civil construction activities for petrol pump projects of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).

- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

- Coordinate labour, contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel.

- Manage construction materials and ensure their timely availability and proper utilisation.

- Execute and monitor work according to architectural and civil drawings.

- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper workmanship.

- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and construction procedures.

- Take measurements and maintain proper measurement records as required.

- Handle billing-related activities and measurement compliance.

- Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular progress reports.

- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, and management for smooth project execution.

- Ensure projects are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site supervision and civil construction activities.

- Coordinate and allocate work to labour and contractors.

- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion.

- Manage materials, manpower, and other site resources.





- Ensure proper execution of drawings and technical specifications.

- Monitor quality and safety at the project site.

- Maintain measurements, billing documentation, and compliance records.

- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.

- Resolve routine site issues and escalate major technical or operational concerns.

- Ensure smooth execution of petrol pump construction projects.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred for Civil Engineer positions.

- Relevant construction/site experience may be considered for Site Supervisor positions.

- 2–5 years of experience in civil/construction projects.

- Practical experience in site supervision and construction execution preferred.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

- Labour and contractor coordination skills.

- Knowledge of construction drawings and measurements.

- Material management and quality control skills.

- Understanding of billing and measurement compliance.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to prepare daily progress reports.

- Ability to work at project sites and manage site activities independently.
