We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily site operations and ensure that all assigned work is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities at the site.
- Coordinate with workers and ensure proper allocation of work.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing work and ensure timely completion.
- Check the quality of work and ensure it meets project requirements.
- Coordinate the availability of materials and other site requirements.
- Communicate site updates to the management/team.
- Address day-to-day issues and ensure smooth site operations.
- Maintain basic records and daily site reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Site Supervision or a similar role.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and handle site activities.
- Basic understanding of construction/site work.
- Willingness to work at the site.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
