Site Supervisor – Interior Manufacturing Industry

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 2 Years – Industrial Experience Mandatory

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site and production-related activities.
- Manage workers, contractors, and installation teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the production, design, and project teams.
- Monitor material requirements and site progress.
- Conduct site measurements and ensure proper installation.
- Handle day-to-day site issues and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of industrial/site supervision experience is mandatory.
- Experience in interior manufacturing, modular furniture, fabrication, or related industries preferred.
- Positive knowledge of site execution and workforce management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours as required

Pay: ₹20,000.56 - ₹25,000.84 per month
