URGENT HIRING | SITE SUPERVISOR – INTERIOR PROJECTS

About the Role

We are a leading Interior Design & Build Firm looking for a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage the execution of interior projects at various sites.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in Café, Restaurant, Hotel, Hospitality, or Commercial Interior Projects and understand the execution requirements, timelines, coordination, and quality standards involved in such projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit project sites to supervise and monitor day-to-day execution and progress.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers and Project Managers to ensure proper execution of design intent.
- Supervise contractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, fabricators, and other site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and design standards.
- Manage multiple teams and coordinate different activities at the site.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, usage, and wastage.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues, delays, and execution bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and management for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and site discipline.
- Maintain daily site updates, work progress reports, and material requirements.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, furniture, and other finishing works.
- Attend client meetings/site visits whenever required.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.




- Maintain proper safety and housekeeping standards at the project site.

Key Requirement – Hospitality Projects

Candidates with hands-on experience in the execution of the following projects will be highly preferred:

Candidates should have practical knowledge of end-to-end site execution and be comfortable working with tight project timelines and multiple teams.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in interior execution, construction, or site supervision.
- Strong experience in hospitality/commercial interior projects.
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings, working drawings, layouts, and technical plans.
- Good knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction processes.
- Strong contractor, vendor, and workforce management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and teams simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of site safety and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility towards project completion.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, proactive, and capable of independently managing site execution from start to finish.

Hospitality project experience (Café / Restaurant / Hotel) is strongly preferred.
