We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at site. The candidate will be responsible for execution, quality control, safety, and coordination with engineers, contractors, and labour teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings and work schedules
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently
- Ensure work is executed as per specifications, quality standards, and safety norms
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and client representatives
- Maintain site records such as daily progress reports, labour attendance, and material usage
- Check shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance at site
- Report daily progress and issues to the Project Engineer / Project Manager
