About the Role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Electrical to supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and site activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of site handling, be willing to work at project sites, and be capable of coordinating with electricians, contractors, and other site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day electrical work at the project/site.
- Coordinate with electricians, technicians, contractors, and other site teams.
- Ensure electrical installation and maintenance work is carried out as per drawings and instructions.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and daily site activities.
- Check the quality and progress of electrical work.
- Ensure work is completed safely and within the planned timeline.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and site records.
- Identify basic electrical/site issues and coordinate with seniors for resolution.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Coordinate with the project engineer/site management for smooth execution of work.
- Assist in testing, commissioning,



troubleshooting, and handover activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the work site.

Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering / any graduate or related field.
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years in electrical site supervision.
- Basic understanding of site handling coordination and ability to read write.
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical drawings is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining site reports will be an advantage.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to work at project sites.
- Candidates from Halol and nearby areas are preferred.
- Candidates from outside Halol who are willing to travel or relocate to Halol may also apply.
