Job Requirements

Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of the solar plant.

Ensure maximum plant availability and optimize energy generation.

Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Monitor SCADA systems and analyze plant performance and alarms.

Maintain compliance with HSE standards, CEIG, and statutory regulations.

Coordinate with clients, DISCOMs, OEMs, and regulatory authorities.

Manage inventory of spares, consumables, and maintenance tools.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Control site budget and approve routine operational expenses.

Ensure timely closure of punch points and customer complaints.

Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
