About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer – Civil to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our EuroVille villa project in Shahapur.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of civil construction, be comfortable working at a project site, and be able to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
- Monitor work as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and vendors at the site.
- Check quality of construction work and ensure proper execution.
- Monitor material requirements and usage at the site.
- Take measurements and maintain daily site records.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and project management for ongoing activities.
- Identify and report site-related issues and delays.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Assist in maintaining project progress and work documentation.





Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Freshers with relevant site knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings, measurements and estimation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other site documentation.
- Willingness to work at the EuroVille project site in Shahapur.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of residential/villa construction.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of basic construction materials and methods.
- Good site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of site activities.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.

Candidates who can commute to or are willing to relocate near Shahapur will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
