Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex financial processes into intuitive user journeys.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems across all fintech modules (payments, lending, wallets, etc.).
Collaborate with front-end developers to implement pixel-perfect designs with proper interaction states and responsiveness.
Stay updated on Fintech UI trends, regulatory UX patterns (like KYC, onboarding, dashboards, etc.), and security-focused design best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Robust understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs for Android and iOS platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented in development.
Ability to present ideas clearly and communicate design rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
