Core Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging English language and literature lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Skill Development: Focus on the LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) skills of students.
Lesson Planning: Create creative lesson plans that make grammar and literature accessible and interesting.
Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
Education: B.A./M.A. in English; B.Ed. is preferred.
Communication:
Strong command over English (written and verbal).
Experience: Prior teaching experience is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome.
Soft Skills: Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
